- Production time typically takes 7-9 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 8-10 business days after dispatch.
- All orders have a standard shipping fee of $9.99. Expedited shipping is available for an additional $35.
- Absolutely! We offer options to add custom embroidery, patches, and monograms. You can select these options when designing your jacket, and specify your preferences.
- We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
- Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to check the status of your delivery on our website.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders over 24 hours old that need to be canceled will require us to add a $20 customization fee. This is because production may have already started.
